High Performance Pressure Reducing Regulators

Dresser Masoneilan offers a variety of air filter regulating devices, including the Model 78 Air Filter Regulator for controlling the supply of process plant air to control valve accessories. The Model 78 is designed to handle a maximum inlet pressure of 210 psi (15 bar) with a regulated set pressure range of 5 psi to 100 psi (0.35-7 bar). These regulators are externally adjustable for fine tuning as required, but also includes a locking feature to ensure output pressure remains at the desired levels.

The Model 78 provides reliable air supply filtration and regulation in a lightweight package which supports mounting flexibility using either separate brackets or simple nipple mounting directly to pneumatic valve accessories. It is also available with optional two micron filters for protection against air supplies with finer dirt and particulates. The use of corrosion resistant materials and finishes enables implementation in a wide range of environmental conditions and atmospheres. Low air consumption helps end users reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.

Dresser Masoneilan also offers the Model 77 Three-Way Transfer Valve for added flexibility in applying and tying together various pneumatic devices within a control valve loop.

The Model 78 provides excellent supply air regulation performance within an extremely lightweight and compact design. It includes an integrated sintered polyethylene 5 micron filter, corrosion resistant construction and finish, external adjustment and locking feature, and a stainless steel drain. The Model 78 also has low air consumption and a wide operating temperature range from -40oF to +182oF (-40oC to +83oC).
